A pilot peer support programme by:

We are a peer support service for Norwegian flight crew. Our trained pilot peers are commercial line pilots external to Norwegian who are there to listen and support, confidentially and without judgement. Many issues can be resolved before they become a problem by talking to a trained peers who knows what it's like being a pilot - especially in the current circumstances.

Norpan.net is governed to the highest professional and medical standards of confidentiality. It is administered by the leading specialists in this field, the Centre for Aviation Psychology. Norpan.net is provided to Norwegian pilots on behalf of, yet independent from, the Norwegian Group.

Find out more by reading our FAQs or look at alternative support services in our RESOURCES section.

(If you are a Norway based Norwegian pilot or cabin crew and would be interested in joining and training to become a Norpan.net peer, let us know here.)

EMERGENCY?

This service does not provide an emergency response.

For any urgent issues please contact the on-call pilot manager.

Prefer an External Peer?

We understand that you might prefer to speak to a trained pilot peer who does not work in your airline. Fortunately, this is possible through an exchange agreement between many of the peer support programmes managed by the The Centre for Aviation Psychology. All the peers have been trained and operate to the same standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

If you would like to use this facility, please send us a confidential email and we will be happy to arrange contact with a suitable peer outside of your airline.
